Massimo Osti’s C.P. Company was the progenitor to Stone Island and an extension of Osti’s passions of sportswear and material technology. Specialising in garment dyeing and specialist fabrics, their flagship products highlight fabrication above all else. This jacket is likely from the 90s or early 00s, and once again highlights material above all else. Weatherproofing here is achieved through a rubberised polyurethane material, that has then been piece dyed to achieve an incredible gradient colour with highs and lows. A cascade of browns and yellows changes and shimmers depending on the viewing angle and lighting. Full Vislon centre zip, with two curved handwarmer pockets and a singular breast pocket, all fashioned after a work jacket. Convertible collar with windguard. Pleats at the arms for articulation and stencil logo on the right arm. Due to the age of the garment and the nature of the material, there is some cracking and wear throughout.
