Takahiro Miyashita's Number (N)ine was heavily referential and indebted to punk culture, presenting a unique perspective on the aesthetic. Items were often styled and modelled directly off celebrities within the space, Kurt Cobain being the most notable. This sweater plays off that, intentionally distressed to all hell. Woven from a lightweight polyester/cotton blend, giving off a mesh-like feel, rips, holes and snags are present throughout. Slimmer and longer fit, faithful to the sweaters after which it was modelled.
