Needles

H.D. Track Pants

There’s nothing to say about these trackies that hasn’t been said a million times over, but the staying power of Needles flagship items speaks volumes about their ability to iterate and ideate. The classic trackie was modelled after contemporary sportswear brands and first popped off in the mid-to-late 2010s with the likes of A$AP Rocky popularising the athleisure movement. Obviously, with the current zeitgeists embracing “baggier is better”, Needles did the logical thing and blew up the proportions on their already popular track pants. Rather than just making them wider for wideness sake, they have also opted to add shape, with darts at the waist and hems to create a balloon shape, making it look like you have some varus deformity in your knees (IYKYK). Jokes aside, it’s easy to see why these are as popular as they are. The easy-to-wear composition of polyester jersey, with an on-trend shape, makes them a logical choice for anyone hoping for a comfy foray into the baggy.

These are the women's iteration, which fit slightly shorter (perfect for those who are more vertically challenged...)
