A Constant Practice special, Clauda Montana is an oft-forgotten designer from the 80s/90s. With a strong design language that aligned with the times, Montana’s garments are distinctive of that era - strong shoulders, shorter sleeves, boxy bodies - all come together in an elevated execution. This knit polo sweater is no different, featuring a split design between the front and rear, joined together with a velour whip stitch. Produced in Italy by the Miss Deanna factory, most well known for producing much of Margiela’s early work, this piece of history stands the test of time.
