Following what was assumed to be the end of mainline Kiko Kostadinov and Asics collaborations, Kiko surprised the world with a very impromptu drop of the newest in their line of sneakers - the Gel-Zientzia. Designed with the Asics Institute of Sports Science in Japan, the sneaker features a futuristic look (with a colourway inspired by the International Space Station) and up-to-date running technology with FF blast and Scutoid GEL cushioning, making them equal parts form and function. As an employee at Chinatown Country Club told me "comfiest shoes I've ever owned". No box. Hardly worn.
